Email us at support@balford.us with your height, weight, and chest measurement — we'll personally recommend the best size for you.

We offer 45-day free returns on all orders. If your jacket doesn't fit or you're not completely satisfied, send it back and we'll cover shipping both ways. No restocking fees, no questions asked. Just email us for a prepaid return label.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days within the US. Every order ships completely free — no minimums, no catches. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

If any Balford product fails due to materials or workmanship — ever — we'll repair or replace it at no cost. This doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents, but if a zipper fails, a seam comes apart, or the insulation stops insulating, we've got you covered. Forever.

Absolutely. Email us at support@balford.us with your order number and the size you need. If the new size is in stock, we'll ship it immediately and send you a prepaid label to return the original. Most exchanges are completed within a week.
